Ozanteks R & D Center conducted a total of twelve projects, three of which were Tübitak-Teydeb projects, and shared five scientific publications in 2017 in five national and international congresses. With the R & D team of 24, Ozanteks R & D Center, which is trying to participate in qualified congresses and conferences of interest, continues to increase the competencies of its employees by making training plans for each team member. Pamukkale University Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering and the Süleyman Demirel University Textile Engineering and the project-producing center, which produces projects, make extra efforts to increase interdisciplinary work.

Dr. Aşkıner has strengthened its R & D and Continuous Development Unit in the consultancy of Güngör. The Kaizen approach, which is one of the cornerstones of the Lean culture, has been adopted in order to increase productivity and simplicity efforts through the establishment of the unit and to improve the processes with small but effective changes. For this purpose, Ozanteks Kaizen Sharing Days were organized regularly, and all the teams involved in the Kaizen activities were provided to transfer the work done by the senior management to the other employees in an environment attended by them. Thus, while contributing to the development of new, creative and effective solutions, it is aimed to create the necessary climate for research and innovation studies in the enterprise.
In 2015, the first TEYDEB project dış Lean Transformation in Underwear Garment Department ünde was accepted
and thus the first time the external supported project execution experience was introduced to the company.
With this project, by reducing waste in the underwear garment department, the working environment has been
made more efficient, employee participation has been increased and the performance of the processes has been
made traceable. The support of the managers and employees of the underwear department of the project has led
to the consolidation of belief and trust in such projects.
OZANTEKS R & D Center, which was approved by 23 R & D personnel on 16 March 2017 with the trust of these
experiences and management, aims to continue its R & D and innovation studies mainly with TUBITAK-TEYDEB
supported projects. In order to develop innovative products, T.C. Since May 2017, the Ministry of Economy has
started to benefit from its support.

Ev tekstili sektörüne ilişkin binlerce ürünün sergilendiği 19. EVTEKS İstanbul Uluslararası Ev Tekstili Fuarı, katılımcı ve ziyaretçilerini hem ticari açıdan hem de sunduğu zengin içeriğiyle memnun etti.
Yerli ve yabancı ziyaretçilerin akın ettiği fuarı 39.275’i yabancı olmak üzere 118.413 kişi ziyaret etti. ...(Devamını Oku)Ev tekstili sektöründeki son gelişmelerin sergilendiği, trend ve modaya yön veren ürünlerin ziyaretçilerin beğenisine sunulduğu EVTEKS, sektörden büyük ilgi gördü. 15 Mayıs’ta kapılarını açan ve 19 Mayıs’ta sona eren fuar, CNR Holding kuruluşlarından CNR Uluslararası Fuarcılık Organizasyonu ile TETSİAD (Türkiye Ev Tekstili Sanayicileri ve İş Adamları Derneği) iş birliğinde gerçekleştirildi.
Bir sonraki yılın ev tekstili trendlerinin belirlendiği fuarda, trend temalarının ana konseptini “Keşfet” oluşturdu. Fransız trend tahmin ajansı Nelly Rodi’nin çalışmaları ile belirlenen trendler bu konsept etrafında EVTEKS Trend Alanı’nda sergilendi. Fuarın Dizaynist bölümünde ise Fransa, İngiltere, Almanya, ABD ve İsviçre’nin dünyaca ünlü desen stüdyoları yer aldı.
Ayrıca ünlü tasarımcıların katıldığı seminerler de EVTEKS’te büyük ilgi topladı. EVTEKS’in ürün gruplarını tül, perde, brode, döşemelik kumaş, banyo ürünleri, yatak odası ürünleri, masa örtüleri, duvar kaplamaları ve halı oluşturdu.
